Would I be on the same mortgage as the investor?

Through our partnership with Vancity, we offer a joint mortgage that allows each person to choose their individual mortgage rate, term, and amortization. If one of you sells your ownership share, your part of the mortgage is transferred to the new co-owner. Your original co-owner will not need to refinance.

What would my total monthly cost include?

Your total monthly cost includes your half of the mortgage, property taxes, and strata fees, as well as a monthly occupancy fee to the investor. This fee is set by Pairadime such as to benefit both of you.

How does co-owning a home work?

Pairadime provides a turnkey co-ownership framework that covers all the essential mechanisms of property co-ownership, including expense sharing, maintenance, repairs, and exit process.

Can I sell my ownership share?
